How to reach us and get help with MotoMaple
MotoMaple is a GPS ride recorder and discovery app for motorcycle riders. If something is broken, you have an account question, or you need help using a feature, we will respond.

We typically reply within 1–2 business days. Include your username or the email on the account, the device (iPhone / Android), and a short description of the issue.
MotoMaple Premium is an auto-renewable monthly subscription sold through the App Store (com.motomaple.app.premium.monthly).
Payment is charged to the Apple ID. The plan renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Restore from the Premium screen in the app.
How do I record a ride? Open the Map tab, grant location access (When In Use, and Always if you want recording while the screen is locked), then tap Record. GPS continues in the background only while a ride is active.
Forgot password? Use Reset password on the website, or the same link from the login screen.
